Key Responsibilities:
- As a Store Sales Manager, you will be responsible for directing and leading the store to drive a sales focused culture that exceeds our company’s goals in sales and profit by staffing, training, and developing your team.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
·Management of store sales and managing shrink within company guidelines and goals
·Understanding and identifying sales opportunities to increase sales volume
·Meeting/exceeding internal and external customer expectations and setting an example for team
·Identifying, recruiting, and managing proper staffing of the store
·Creating a team environment that fosters loyalty by creating clear and effective direction to the team
·Maintain and role model Vanity company pride in store by keeping a clean and safe environment for customers and employees
Skills & Experience Requirements:
- To succeed in this position, you must possess strong leadership, customer service, selling and organizational skills, as well as, effectively communicate thru both verbal and written communication. A minimum of 1-2 years of retail store management experience is required, along with a High School degree or GED equivalent. College degree a plus.
