Gift Cards and Customer Service Elimination

A NOTICE TO OUR SHOPPERS REGARDING
GIFT CARDS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Effective Friday, May 14, 2010 Stones River Mall will no longer sell mall gift cards. Unfortunately, pending legislation in the gift card act will result in increased fees, making it difficult to continue our gift card program successfully.
Because we will no longer sell gift cards, our Customer Service desk will no longer be in operation, effective Monday, May 17, 2010. The management office (located down the hallway next to Trade Secret) will be available Mon-Fri from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. to assist you.
If you’ve purchased mall gift cards previously, they are still valid and may continue to be used at any Stones River Mall retailer that accepts Discover. If you need assistance with a transaction or a balance inquiry after May 14, please refer to the toll free number provided on the back of the gift card.
Most retailers within Stones River Mall offer gift cards for purchase, and we encourage you to visit your store of choice for your gift card needs.
